MissionMatch Funding, operated by Hope & Hands AI Consulting Services ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We implement organization-level data separation so each user can only access their own organization's profile, documents, matches and tracker records.
2. Information we collect
We collect your name and email at registration. Your nonprofit funding profile may include your organization's legal name, EIN, contact details, mission, programs, populations served, geography, financial and tax-filing information, and uploaded documents such as Form 990s and financial statements.
3. How we use information
We use your information to calculate funding matches, display match scores and explanations, send email notifications (verification, welcome, new-match alerts, deadline reminders, and account messages), provide the application tracker and AI writing assistance, and operate the platform. We never display EINs or financial documents publicly.
4. Sensitive document storage
Tax and financial documents are stored securely and accessible only to authorized users from your organization and authorized platform administrators. We do not sell your data.
5. Data sources
Opportunity data comes only from official funder websites, corporate giving pages, government sources, authorized APIs, public data that may legally be used, and opportunities manually reviewed by administrators. We do not copy or resell proprietary opportunity data without authorization.
6. Your choices
You may update or delete your organization profile and tracker records at any time. You can cancel your membership at any time. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
7. Security
We use organization-level access controls and protected administrator functions. Regular users cannot view another organization's information. Administrator access is granted through secure backend roles, not by checking email addresses in frontend code.
